It is the Law on Earth that all ships must launch from the Launch pad.
Mandalorians have the ability to Land their ships any where on earth.
Their Hyperdrive gives them light speed travel times.

1 Rocket Per Launch.
1 launch will carry up to 5 players at a time.
A player will launch from Earth at the Launch Site and land on Mars at the Launch Site.
Admin will hold players for 10 min to simulate the travel time.
Players will return to Earth by launching from Mars at the launch site holding for 10 min and landing at Earth at the launch site.
Specially marked rockets can increase the travel speed. But will limit the amount of players that can travel.
Players traveling to Mars must have a radio on their team so they may request a return launch from Mars to Earth on 170.170
(In case Admin is not at Launch Site)
A player can travel to Mars with a rocket but will need another rocket to return.
Search for more rockets at Alien Base or Mars Military Base.
On Earth find a Scientist or search for Crash Sites where rocketry may be found.
The black market could provide rocket parts to be built.
Note: Each rocket launch may result in a total surrender of the rocket to nature as there are many trees at the Launch Site.
There will be 12 total rockets with an unidentified number of specialized rockets.
Each player traveling by ROCKET shall not travel faster than the speed of 1 min per player.
Field default rockets are mixed with a compound that yields a travel speed of 2 min per player. With a MAX capacity of 5 players per standard rocket.
The speed of light shall not exceed 15 seconds per player.
To reach the speed of light, one MUST have a power source that emits light. The light MUST be warned and SHALL NOT be RED.
Light Speed Travel is only authorized from the Launch Site. Bring your light-speed ships to the launch site for a safe launch... or else.

Portal Jump Sites MUST have a light source /as one must have knowledge of light-speed travel within their jump sites/
Where Jump points A and B are not located at the Launch site the travel time could vary. Placing jump site A on Earth and Jump site B on Mars where earth and Mars are closet will yield instant travel time between Mars and Earth.
Jump points A and B MAY be at the Launch site and shall have no minimum travel time from the launch site.

Proper judgment of when to launch is key to potentially re-using your rocket.
Proper observation of the wind and rocket trajectory could yield a retrievable rocket after launch by an earth ground team.
What is a Rocket worth??? Well that depends on how badly a player wants to complete the main quest

To simulate a Mars Rover players may use RC cars...But must use the launch site to get it to Mars by means of 1x rocket with the standard rocket fuel compound.
LARRY will be launching drones as "satellites" for Mars surveys. 1x rocket will be required for a satellite launch to Mars. Satellite returns to Earth after a 2-minute flight mission.
Stem-packs are offered by the event host OP-IV during the event. Hold a stem-pack to a player's arm for 30 seconds to revive them. Players may be revived multiple times. Stem-Packs are NOT loot-able.
Bleed out rule is 5 min bleed then a player may go to respawn area if no one has offered a player revive by means of a Stem-Pack.
Rampage Rule Applies on the field and may apply to some Elemental Weaponry
The Rift offers many weapon/player pumps. These pumps may give the player or the weapon they wield a one up against others. Be sure to read about the rules with in a quest onsite. See what pumps you can add to your kit. Pumps are loot-able. (pumps are often communicated to other Rifters by means of smoke/balloon/silly string.)
During Rift mode players are allowed to loot each other. If you are hit, then during your bleed out you are loot-able. Players may loot 1 cap/1 quest item or 1 player item if available. Stem-Packs are NOT loot-able. Trinity Items are loot-able granted the proper conditions apply. See Trinity item descriptions below to learn more. Elemental Smokes are considered a quest item and are loot-able one at a time. Hit players may only be looted once per death.
The Trinity is the main quest, and it is made of 3 parts to which bear this symbol. These items are lootable items. But their means of being looted may have restrictions.
These are the devices that will be marked with the Trinity symbol. 1 Dominion 3 Tranquility Field Generators are a part of the main quest. Any player can seek these items and use them against others in-game. NOTE: Images are only a rendering of the Trinity devices. You will know them by the markings on each device.
Oblivious III is a character motivated by the need for respect and authority and is really into himself. Hence all the oblivi stuff... Oblivious will be a secret character within the game. Oblivious will be on the hunt for main quest parts at the start of the game, and it will be your choice to ignore his efforts or stop him.
NOTE: Images are only a rendering of the Trinity devices. You will know them by the markings on each device. This shield gives the player wielding it cover from blast and 6mm fire while he/she is behind it only. If the shield gets depleted it will vibrate/flash/alarm. The shield now needs engineer repair (respawn) and its biggest downfall is that it has no immunity to blast or 6mm fire when depleted. Any hit from any weapon results in a player kill. The cost shall be 5 alloys to repair. Once the shield is depleted then the player should drop it immediately, because without full shield power the rounds taken by the shield result in the death of the one holding it. The player will find themselves in a difficult situation when they have to take the shield for repair as carrying a depleted shield means you are a bigger target. This item is loot able upon player death. The parts to assemble this tech will be in the docs below.
NOTE: Images are only a rendering of the Trinity devices. You will know them by the markings on each device. Once the armor is fused and activated; the player then becomes immune to blast and 6mm rounds. If the armor front or rear shield gets depleted then the player is now vulnerable to 6mm rounds and blasts. If the shield gets depleted it will vibrate/flash/alarm IF a player is hit with 1 depleted shield the entire armor is defective and the player must call hit and return to respawn. The armor is NOT loot-able at this point. So the player may take the armor to an engineer to fix it as it is only depleted yet still attached to their soul. It shall cost 5 Soul Stones to repair. If the armor's smoke alarm sounds the player must take the armor off within 10 sec and can not touch it for 1 hour. It is now loot able. IF the player dies while the smoke alarm is active then the player must take the armor off and is now loot able. Players may defuse the Tranquility Field Generators from the armor. The armor shall only be defused from a player's body by Broadcast. !THIS ARMOR IS STRENGTHENED BY THE SUN! The range that Dominion needs to deactivate the laser tag sensors becomes lower. Meaning someone has to get close to the TFG to affect it. !!This Armor is the only Tranquility piece that is immune to the effects of Tech 49!! The parts to assemble this tech will be in the docs below.

Dominion is a specialized gun that is used to shoot disabled Tranquility Armor and Shields. This gun reduces the armor and shield power. Direct sunlight reduces the effective range of Dominion. This type of tech also is a part of the key to accessing Tech 49.
Technology 49 will be made by Oblivious III. It is the End Game Objective. Accessible only by using Trinity devices. Oblivious III's plans can be foiled. Or his plans can be embraced. It all depends on YOU! The players. There are two ways the End of Game can go. If you have earned the OPIV Shield coin from other events then this is where it will be useful. Be sure to collect your "End game" player piece at check-in and do not use it until the End of the game at the right time! It will be at this point when everything changes for the worse or the best with-in "The Rift". Note: End Game Player Piece is Required to participate in the End Game part of the event!
